Position Overview:The Property and Liability Claims Adjuster will manage high-exposure politically sensitive claims and lawsuits filed against the State of Arizona. These include cases such as bad faith medical malpractice highway design DES/CPS care custody and control employment auto liability personal injury fatalities serious physical injury constitutional rights violations and large property losses. The role also involves pursuing subrogation recoveries owed to the state.
This position requires advanced investigative analytical and negotiation skills to evaluate complex claims prepare litigation reports and collaborate with the Attorney Generals Office to resolve lawsuits in the best interest of the State.
