Venza Care is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Folsom Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. In this role, you’ll provide direct care to patients, assist with daily activities, and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Shifts Available:

1. Night 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
2. Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions.
3. Take and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
4. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
5. Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship.
6. Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team.

Qualifications:

1. Current CNA certification.
2. Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices.
4. Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being.
5. Excellent communication and time management skills.
