Job Description

15 Month Contract
Hybrid: 50% in Menands, NY

Specific activities to be performed include, but are not limited, to:

• Provide regular status updates to management on various projects and keep them abreast of risk, issues and mitigation plans
• Research, and document resolution of requirements, technical design comments, defects and gaps with business and vendor staff
• Evaluate design, development, testing, and confirm that results are consistent with the system or business processes;
• Analyze and revise flow charts, process models and technical specs describing as-is or to-be IT systems or business processes.

Qualifications:

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting large software systems or applications.
• 84 months of experience analyzing intricate business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
• 84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
• 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
• 84 months of experience in researching, reviewing, and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree
