Are you a data-driven professional with a knack for storytelling through analytics? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze and communicate data-driven results for key products, markets, and initiatives. This role is crucial in formulating financial projections and guiding strategic operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare Financial Plans: Develop annual expense plans and periodic forecasts.
  • Analyze Data: Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business.
  • Communicate Insights: Create compelling storylines for financial updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive Action: Use analysis to influence business decisions and identify emerging trends.
  • Enhance Processes: Continuously improve analytical processes for better accuracy and automation.
  • Report Findings: Provide timely reports with financial insights to enhance performance.
  • Lead Presentations: Develop and deliver effective presentations for small groups.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Engage in discussions to understand the business implications of current trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a related role with ERP system experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and either R or Python.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling and data visualization capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
