The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes and systems, documenting requirements, and supporting the implementation of SAP solutions, specifically within Procurement, Warehousing, and Inventory Management. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. A minimum of seven years of experience as a Business Analyst and five years of experience in process re-engineering and use case writing are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Represent process requirements in process design.
- Provide detailed designs for specific processes.
- Support GAP Analysis of business processes to SAP functionality.
- Execute unit testing for configuration and custom development.
- Provide support for security, data conversion, batch, and system response time testing.
- Provide initial post-implementation support to end-users.
- Participate in solution scoping & planning and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Participate in workshops to identify and address solution gaps.
- Participate in solution design activities.
- Provide integration requirements for 3rd party and external systems.
- Provide Master Data Inputs.
- Review data conversion approaches.
- Provide input to batch job schedules and parameters.
- Validate business process design deliverables.
- Determine UAT test scripts.
- Provide input and support for the development of technical architecture deliverables.
- Participate in solution testing during Integration and User Acceptance testing.
- Acquire solution knowledge for post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance.
- Review data definitions and their impact on all modules; resolve conflicts with other leads as needed.
- Work with user communities to understand data requirements and current definitions.
- Solicit and ensure input from various locations/sites.
- Ensure business requirements are met by the SAP system.
- Review and provide feedback to the change management team on communication efforts, change plans, job role definitions, and training materials.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Commerce, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience working as a business analyst.
- Minimum of five years of experience documenting/conducting process re-engineering.
- Minimum of five years of experience writing use cases.
- High-level communication, consulting, and client relationship skills. Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to clients and team members, and negotiate change.
- Ability to effectively identify and frame problems, collect information, and integrate it to produce timely decisions.
- Clean criminal record check (ongoing). Enhanced background check may be required for certain projects.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Accreditation from a Business Analyst professional association.
- Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Prior experience with SAP (preferably focused on SAP Ariba, S4/HANA as it relates to Supply Chain Management, and FieldGlass).
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas (in order of preference): Procurement (including category management, contracting, tendering, requisition-to-pay, ordering, invoicing, spend analytics), Warehousing and inventory management.
