Job Description

Our team of employees who positively represent and promote our cannabis brands in dispensaries and at cannabis related events across the state. Brand Ambassadors serve as in-person representatives that educate staff and patients, strengthen dispensary relationships, gather insight to report back to the Sales Team, and in general are outgoing, friendly people who help promote our brands across the state with us.

Details:

• Brand Ambassador hours will be part-time, attending 3-5 events per week.
• Events are typically held on evenings and/or weekends (most happening Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) and range from 3-6 hours per event (most events are 3 hours).
• $15/hour + reimbursement for travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event table(s) with product examples and educational materials.
• Represent all company brands in a positive energetic manner.
• Ensure that dispensary needs are met in terms of product inventory, product displays, and product education.
• Maintain and develop relationships with dispensary staff.
• Engage patients in a professional manner.

 

Physical Demands:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves continually and uses repetitive motions. The position is subject to lifting objects weighing over 25 pounds and may require going up/downstairs at some locations.

• May require occasional overnight trips

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable transportation, as travel will be required.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable cell phone.
• Must be able to pass a Missouri Highway Patrol Background check and obtain a Missouri Agent ID.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak one-on-one are a must.
• Cannabis and event work experience preferred.
• Must be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and passionate about the cannabis industry!
