Job Description:
Performs all duties associated with providing excellent customer service to members and their guests on the golf course.

Job Duties:

• Communicate with the golf shop and golf members regarding needs for the day.
• Offer golf course service, providing members and guests food & beverage from the snack bar & kitchen. 
• Set-up, serve and break-down tournament events scheduled during shift Consistently inspects cart making sure everything is in working order and is gassed up before maintenance leaves for the day. 
• Reports any deviations from standards to Manager/Supervisor including standards on the golf course. 
• Inventories materials and supplies at beginning of shift comparing to previous days ending inventory to ensure no shrinkage and obtains quantities necessary to support forecasted levels of business. 
• Serve and/or retrieve food & beverage as requested.
• Checks all food & beverage prior to service for accuracy, completeness, appearance and presentation.
• Serves food & beverage to members and their guests following Service and Food Safety Standards.
• Monitors members and their guests, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction. 
• Monitors members and their guests alcohol consumption to prevent over indulgence and ensure safety. 
• Make sure that cart is clean and free of debris at all times. 
• Completes required stocking, cleaning and inventory of cart at the end of scheduled shift. 
• Other duties as assigned. 
• Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times.
• Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance Is polite, friendly, and helpful to members and their guests, management and fellow employees. 
• Executes emergency procedures in accordance with club standards Complies with required safety regulations and procedures.
• Attends appropriate department meetings and training sessions. 
• Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work areas. 
• Complies with club standards, policies and rules.
• Remains current with club information and changes. 
• Complies with club uniform and grooming standards.
