Discover more about us at **Responsibilities:** The Behavioral Health Clinical Care Manager (BH-CCM) is a core participant of the collaborative treatment team, including the member/family, behavioral health providers, county behavioral health service system, physical health collaboration and medical providers when applicable. The BH-CCM is responsible for approving care coordination, utilization management, and some types of case management per assigned caseload. Behavioral Health referral management, PH-BH, referrals, follow-up, authorization determinations, connection to natural/community supports including SDoH supports, and quality of care are key components of the BH CCM role. **Education/Experience:** + Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or Nursing required. + Pennsylvania License - LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN is required, Registered Nurse is required to have a Master's degree and two (2) years of experience in Psychiatric Children's direct practice Behavioral Health/Psychiatric services. + Minimum three (3) years postgraduate clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and clinically related work experience. + Minimum one (1) year of direct practice experience in Children's Behavioral Health Service Delivery System required. + Knowledge base in CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare and/or Commercial Managed Care Systems required. + An understanding of the Pennsylvania treatment services, and community services is preferred. **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At Amerihealth Caritas, everyone can feel valued, supported, and comfortable to be themselves.
