About the job:
We are currently interviewing bartenders at The '401 Table and Tap. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization while keeping bar areas stocked.
• Preparation of fresh squeezed juice, specialty drinks, and other mixers.
• Preparation of drink garnishes which involves cutting various fruits and vegetables.
• Preparation of cocktails, beers, and beverages for waitstaff.
• Directly serving immediate bar area. 
• Occasionally assisting with inventory count. 
• Adhere to specific recipes and responsible serving standards.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work with others.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• TABC Certification.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
