Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our front of house team. As a key part of the guest experience, you will be responsible for crafting classic and creative cocktails, recommending wines and spirits, and providing warm, attentive service. The ideal candidate brings passion, professionalism, and prior experience in a high-end dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a full range of beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and consistency
Engage with guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest experiences
Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to all legal and safety standards
Assist with bar prep, inventory, and closing duties
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in upscale dining
Passion for mixology, wine, spirits, and hospitality
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
Ability to read, write, and speak proficient English
At least 3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant setting
