We’re looking for a warm, clever, and service-driven Barista to join our café team! If you love connecting with people, thrive under pressure, and have a keen eye for creating elevated experiences, we want to meet you. ☕ About the Role Job Type: Part-time (Hourly) Schedule: ~20+ hours/week Open availability required, especially Sundays Pay: $16.50–$17.00/hour + tips Perks: Free drink every shift Flexible scheduling Staff discounts at both the café and boutique Opportunities for growth and development ✨ Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness Operate the register, take orders, and recommend drinks confidently Learn and memorize our drink menu, ingredients, and preparation steps Efficiently craft multiple beverages at once while maintaining quality Maintain a clean and tidy workspace throughout your shift Follow all health and safety standards consistently Communicate with customers and teammates clearly and professionally Collaborate with your team to ensure the best customer experience, from ambiance to execution Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time Able to lift and move items up to 20 pounds What We’re Looking For No experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know! However, we are not looking for someone who just shows up and goes through the motions.
