Location: Cameron Park, Ca

Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends required

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
• Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and barbacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment
• Develop seasonal cocktail menus and ensure consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in bar or restaurant management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
• RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification preferred
• FHC (Food Handlers Card) Certification required
• SHT (Sexual Harassment Prevention Training) Certificate required
