I am a busy mother with two older children (ages 15 and 21) seeking a responsible, organized, and caring individual to help streamline our home and daily responsibilities. This is not a traditional nanny role. Because my children are older and mostly independent, the position is more aligned with that of a household manager and personal assistant. Key responsibilities include keeping the home organized, managing schedules and appointments, running errands, preparing light meals, and occasionally supervising my 15-year-old, including transportation to and from activities. We are specifically looking for an au pair who is trustworthy, fun, energetic, and patient--someone who holds a valid driver's license and is confident driving our children to their extracurricular activities. Strong communication skills are important to us, so we can stay informed about our children's well-being, routines, and any challenges that come up. We value someone who is proactive, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently, while still collaborating with us when needed. We also hope to find someone who feels like a genuine part of our family and enjoys their experience with us.
