Join the Team as an Assembly Technician

At Worthington Enterprises, we're hiring Assembly Technicians for our bustling production line during evening and night schedules. Dive into a whirlwind of activity where your focus on quality and safety shapes the products of tomorrow.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm (Monday through Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am (Sunday through Thursday)

Your Role:

Embark on a journey to master a variety of skill sets, from assembling and welding to precision testing and ensuring top-notch quality. Safety is paramount, so adhere to all outlined procedures and address quality anomalies proactively.

Must Haves:

• Endurance for repetitive physical tasks and prolonged standing.

• Keen attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

• Basic proficiency in math and computing.

• Skill in understanding detailed instructions and quality standards.

• Knowledgeable about part specifications and quality detection techniques. Forklift and crane qualifications are advantageous.

• Ability to understand and execute instructions given in English, with basic proficiency required.
