Job Description

Position: Front Desk Agent.
Schedule: 3:00PM - 11:00PM - Monday - Thursday or Friday.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Are you an organized and customer-focused individual looking to take the lead in a dynamic hospitality environment? Cedar Street Hotel & Suites, located in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay.
• Take ownership of front desk operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
• Respond to guest reviews across multiple platforms, addressing feedback in a professional and engaging manner.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and responding to inquiries to promote the hotel and local attractions.
• Perform front desk duties, including reservations, answering phones, and managing payments.
• Step into afternoon shifts as needed to provide additional support.
• Support other front desk-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with social media management and guest review platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to step into flexible roles when needed.
• Knowledge of the Sandpoint area and local attractions is a bonus.
