Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, is responsible for reviewing and processing for payment purchase orders, invoices, and other check requests as appropriate for assigned centers; matching vendor invoices to purchase order information and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities, Duties, Functions, Tasks
• Process, code and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Receive and review purchase orders, check requests, and/or related documentation for completeness and compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
• Perform basic computations to confirm proper amounts are being paid
• Create batches and input invoices accurately. Review edit reports for accuracy
• Scan invoice batches and file in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Education
• High School Diploma
Prior Experience
•1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience required

• Detailed-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Always responsive and available to center contacts and vendors
• Handles any and all service issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Must be able to research, analyze and resolve account payable related issues
